- What does "binded PC" mean in UnlockTool?
- Your license is linked to another computer. You can change PCs once every 6 hours; wait for the window or contact support. Read more
- How do I fix "waiting for COM ports"?
- Windows can't see the phone in the right mode. Install the driver pack (VCOM, Qualcomm 9008, SPD), use a rear USB 2.0 port and a good data cable, and enter the correct mode. Read more
- Why is UnlockTool not opening or not connecting to the server?
- Usually a firewall, antivirus, VPN or proxy is blocking it. Allow UnlockTool through Windows Firewall and antivirus, turn off the VPN and try another network. Also make sure you're on the latest version. Read more
