Create an UnlockTool account

1. Open unlocktool.net/register and choose a username. This is the name your license will be applied to.
2. Use an email you can access; it is also needed when you order.
3. Confirm the email, log in once, then buy a license.

Forgot your UnlockTool password?

Use the password reset on the UnlockTool login page and follow the link sent to your account email. Support will never ask for your password. If someone does, it's a scam.

"Account is not activated"

The account exists but has no active license (more in UnlockTool errors). Buy a new activation (never-licensed account) or a renewal (previously licensed). If you already paid, the license may still be inside the 1–6 hour delivery window, so check your order page.

Login error or "binded PC"

Your license is linked to one PC at a time and a PC change is allowed every 6 hours. If UnlockTool reports a different PC, wait for the 6-hour window or contact support (see binded PC). For connection errors see connection failed and server not responding.
