Short answer
The UnlockTool setup is free to download, but the software is paid. Every operation needs an active license on your account, and licenses start at $20 for 3 months. There is no official free trial, free account or lifetime license, and there is no Android APK. "Free" and "cracked" versions are scams.

Is there an UnlockTool free trial?
No. Pages promising a "6 months free trial" or "12 months free" are not from UnlockTool. The lowest-cost way to try the tool is the 3 month activation for $20, and you can check your phone on the supported models list before paying.
Why cracked UnlockTool doesn't work
- It can't log in. UnlockTool authenticates every session against the license server, so modified builds fail at login or mid-operation.
- It carries malware. Repacked setups often include password and wallet stealers.
- It can brick phones. A flash that stops half-way can leave a device dead.
Is there an UnlockTool APK for Android?
No. UnlockTool is a Windows program that runs on a PC connected to the phone by USB. Any "UnlockTool APK" is fake. Read more in UnlockTool APK, Mac and Linux.
How to get UnlockTool safely
- Download the official setup from the download page and verify its MD5.
- Buy a license on the official pricing page or from a verified reseller.
- Never share your password with anyone offering a "free account".
