What we collect

• Orders: your UnlockTool username and account email, the license you chose, the amount, and the payment status and reference returned by PayerNex.
• Reseller applications: business name, contact person, country, city, WhatsApp and the optional details you add. Only approved resellers' business details are shown publicly.
• Support: whatever you send us on WhatsApp or email.
• Technical: your IP address is used briefly to block abuse (rate limiting) and is not stored with your order.

What we do not collect

We never ask for your UnlockTool password. Card and wallet details are entered on PayerNex and never reach us. This website uses no advertising or analytics trackers.

Cookies and storage

The public site stores only your light/dark theme choice in your browser. The admin area uses a signed session cookie for staff sign-in.

How we use it

To apply and track licenses, answer support requests, review reseller applications and prevent fraud.

Sharing

Payment data is handled by PayerNex. Order details are shared only with the staff who activate licenses. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept for accounting and fraud prevention. You can ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion where the law allows at [email protected].
