1. The license

An UnlockTool license gives one UnlockTool account access to the software for the purchased period: 3 months (90 days), 6 months (180 days) or 12 months (360 days), counted from the moment the license is applied. Every license includes all updates released during that period. The license belongs to the account; it is not a physical product, dongle or box.

2. Your account

• You must register your own account on UnlockTool.net before ordering.
• At checkout you must give the exact account username and email. Licenses applied to a mistyped account can only be moved if the order has not been processed yet.
• Do not share your account or password. Concurrent sessions are monitored and a PC change is allowed every 6 hours.

3. Ordering and delivery

Choose a new activation for an account that has never held a license, or a renewal for one that has. Licenses are normally applied within 1–6 hours of confirmed payment. You can follow every order on its private order page or at order tracking.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown on the pricing page. Online payments are processed by PayerNex; we never see or store your card or wallet details. Any local-currency figure on this site is an estimate.

5. Refunds

Licenses are digital and are consumed when applied. Refund rules are in the refund policy.

6. Acceptable use

You may only use UnlockTool on devices you own or are authorised to service. Misuse can lead to suspension without refund. See the acceptable use policy.

7. Software and compatibility

Supported functions depend on the exact model, chipset, firmware and security patch. Always check the supported models list before taking a job. Flashing and repair carry risk; back up data and follow the guides.

8. Liability

UnlockTool is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for data loss, device damage or lost income caused by using the software. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
